This private event is reserved for the attendees of the Manager's Solutions Workshop and is included in the registration fee. This event provides the workshop attendees an opportunity to further discuss challenges and quality issues in a more relaxed setting, and provides an ideal forum for networking with peers and exchanging ideas.

This reception is open to all conference attendees and is included in the registration fee. This event provides an opportunity to meet fellow conference attendees in an informal setting with refreshments served. The room location at the Hilton Toronto Hotel will be announced.
